We are pleased to have Bob Hess back as the 2008 State Director.
Bob
and Rhoda live in the southwest corner of the state. Bob has
been involved in barrel racing for over 40 years. He is a retired United
Parcel Service delivery driver. Let's all get ready for a "GREAT"
2007!!! Bob now does Barrel Racing clinics in the United States, Canada
and Italy. He also coaches gives lessons, helps riders who are having
trouble in their barrel pattern and sells and buys barrel horses.
